Why won't simplifi recognize my US Bank account? (edited)
My US Bank account just endlessly "circles the drain". It is set up at the bank to allow data so the problem is not the bank. I am running a Chromebook and Chrome browser and the SImplifi app from the Google Play store. I have disabled every safety feature known to me and it still just won't go past a certain point. I have already paid for a year but this is completely worthless!!!!!!

Also, why won't Simplifi answer the phone????!!!! They say they will call me back (after waiting forever on the line), but they never do.

@farmer dave, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I'd suggest attempting to add your U.S. Bank accounts using an incognito tab in Chrome to see if you get better results. It could be that something in your primary browser is blocking the OAuth process.
As for Support, it looks like they are pretty overwhelmed with contacts at the moment; we apologize for the difficulties getting through and hope we're able to help you out here in the Community instead.
Please let us know how it goes!

It had to do with some version of pop up blocker (that was blocking the two factor ID window so the authorization never went through). I went to a Windows PC (not my main unit) and used Firefox with every safety feature turned off (a HUGE RISK). That allowed the bank account info to go through. Now, when I go back to Chrome on the Chromebook, the account is there.

You need to talk to your bank about this. It's not a problem with Q-Simplifi (or any other similar app)
