Seattle Credit Union Credit Cards Showing As Assets and Missing Transactions (edited)

Hi,

My credit cards are showing as money that I have, not as debt and none of the transactions are showing up for them. The credit cards are categorized correctly as Credit Cards, just showing a positive balance. I bank with Seattle Credit Union. My checking and savings accounts are accurate, but the credit cards are messed up. Does anyone know how I fix this?

@Mona, thanks for reaching out!

If you just added the accounts in question to Quicken Simplifi, I'd suggest deleting them and giving it another try to see if you get better results. If the issue persists, please provide some clarity, such as:

• Are transactions downloading into the accounts with reversed amounts, or did no transactions download at all (i.e. you have an empty register)?
• A screenshot of the balance in Quicken Simplifi and a comparison screenshot of the balance on the bank's website for each of the accounts.
