I am new to Simplifi and I have NOT been able to connect my Chase CC Accounts (I have no checking, investment, etc.). I have tried multiple times since January 1st with no success. If I must enter manually and maintain manually, it is no big deal as I don't use it frequently. But if I must do that, why use Simplifi?
I am all about cybersecurity and encryption especially when it comes to this type of sensitive personal information. But to be honest, it is becoming challenging to use these types of apps.

Since Chase is one of our OAuth API banks, I'd suggest attempting to add/connect the accounts from a different browser or in incognito/private mode. It could be that something in your browser is blocking the authorization process.
If the issue persists, please post back with more details, such as:
- What exactly occurs when attempting to connect to Chase in Quicken Simplifi?
- Are you able to authorize your accounts through the OAuth process?
- Do you receive any specific error messages?

I had trouble adding Chase with Safari on macOS, but I was able to add Chase with Chrome.
