How do I ignore a bill for just 1 month?

Wife's student loan payment wasn't due in December, but is set up as a "bill", thus its part of the calculation of net monies. I want to ignore it, or subtract it out of the equation, but just for 1 month?

I do see that there is a "exclude from spending plan", but not sure if this adjust it moving forward or just for the month you're working in.

    From the transaction list or the bills and payments section, you can delete the reminder. Below is an example for Prime Video.
