We ran into an error when trying to link your biller...

I just signed up for Simplfi, and no matter what biller I try, I get this error on my computer. When I try on my phone it just spins and spins.

I've tried getting assistance on chat, as phone isn't a viable option with work, but it's been over 24 hours and no one has answered, so I thought I'd try here.

    I'd suggest trying from a different browser or in incognito/private mode to see if you get different results. If the issue persists, please provide more details, such as the specific Billers you're attempting to connect to, the specific error(s) received for each Biller, etc.

  • Ah btw i try with chrome, (private or not). Edge, Firefox etc and its the same.
