Saving goal from checking to savings

I am watching 3 goals, as my paycheck goes in I am contributing to each goal. However as these goals accumulate the money is sitting in the checking account and I'd like to move this money into my savings account to gain more interest.

Is there a way to smartly move money about like this in Quicken Simplifi?

Doing what you're asking about is, as far as I know, a fiddly and time-consuming process, where you have to withdraw the amount saved from the SG "for another reason" then add it back from the savings account after you've made the actual process from the bank.
