New Account Asset doesn't increase networth
I added an additional real estate account and entered only the equity which I did with my first property. Unfortunately, it doesn't increase my net worth as it should and how it did on my first property. It does show an opening balance of $100K on the transaction activity statement but doesn't transfer over to the accounts bar to show an increase of 100K in my net worth. Instead, it shows zero on the accounts bar on the left and my net worth doesn't increase despite that the transaction is listed as a positive value of 100K. I have not excluded this account from reports or spending plan so can you help me with this?

It sounds like you're experiencing this known issue:
If so, please be sure to use a prior date for your transactions, and sign out/back in if that doesn't work. Let us know how it goes!
