Cannot access Citi Bank Accounts ... Trying to migrate from Mint
I am frustrated because I signed up for this last month but I cannot connect to citibank and get my two credit card info. Mint works just fine. It says that I need to turn off MFA on my citibank account. Now I am not the brightest security person, but that doesn't sound like a good idea.
Any ideas? Help, I will not be able to stay with Simplfi if I can't connect

Unfortunately, this is a known issue. I'd recommend bookmarking the Community Alert so that you can receive updates, when available, and know when the issue is resolved.
The current work around is to temporarily turn off multi factor authentication when adding/updating your account.
Another thing you can try, since you mentioned these are credit card accounts, is using the Citi Cards connection instead of the Citibank connection.
