Simplifi won't add my second Citibank account

I have a Costco Visa and American Airlines MasterCard, both Issued by Citibank. Simplifi loaded the Mastercard, but won't add the Visa.

What do I do?

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. What is happening when you try to add the second account? Are you seeing any error messages/codes? Is the second account under the same login credentials with Citi, or does it use separate login credentials?

I notice Citi does offer multiple connection options. Have you tried adding the Costco Visa under an alternate connection?
