Broken Bill Provider -- Golden Valley Electric Association
Hello,
Back when I was using the Quicken Desktop product over a year ago, the biller interface for that to Golden Valley Electric Association worked well. Which is good, because especially here, electric bills vary significantly throughout the year. About a year ago, they moved to using a new service for bills. Ideally, Quicken would update the interface to go to the new site, however, if nothing else, the option to connect to them should be removed. Feel free to message me for more information.

When viewing the Biller from our end, it looks like they are in a degraded status, which means they're not working properly. It looks like you're receiving the "We are working on linking this biller…" message when attempting to connect to the Biller, indicating that they are aware of the issue and working on it.
Hopefully this is fixed for you soon!
