How do I disable the "New Rule Creation" Popup

Hello,

Recently I notice that when I re-categorize a transaction a new popup asking me to create a rule always seems to activate now. Im not sure if this is a new feature but is there any way to prevent this?

As far as I know, there isn't any way. Just close it by hitting the X unless you really want to create a rule.

this is very annoying and has caused me to accidentally create lots of rules.
