Manual account balance not updating with new transactions
I am a new user. I added Venmo as a connected account during setup, but ever since there have been connection problems so I manually added transactions. When the balance didn’t change, I then changed the account to manual, but the balance still did not change. Is it because I added the transactions manually before I disconnected from Venmo? Shouldn’t the balance have changed even before I made the account manual? I tried signing out & back in but it didn’t do anything, and all the transactions I added were dated prior to today.

So I just went in and deleted a transaction and re-added it to see if the balance would change since the account is now manual, but it didn’t☹️

It sounds like you're experiencing the known issue outlined here:
As a workaround, we suggest using a prior date for the transactions you're entering, but you also may need to refresh the browser page or sign out and back in to see the change take effect in your balance.
