Vanguard Ascensus FIX

I think Quicken has the wrong website to connect. I just connected my Vanguard Ascensus to Wealthfront and the site they use goes straight through Ascensus: (myaccount.ascensus.com/rplink/account/login). I've never used that site before, so I tried it and it worked! If Quicken uses that instead of my.vanguardplan.com, I think it will work. How do I reach an admin? It's ridiculous that we can't link Vanguard. I tried non peak hours and that didn't work either.
