Simple Answer for Hancock Whitney accounts

Enter transactions as pending and have balance with pending setting turned on. In checking accounts with Hancock Whitney, once they have cleared the bank, your quicken balance will reflect the same balance as your bank account balance. The same applies to credit card accounts however, note that in checking account-balances with your bank, the pending payments are included in your bank balance whereas, pending debits with credit cards are not included in your balance with your bank.
