Export select transactions

How to export only select transactions, either using the checkmark box or by filtering by tags, categories, accounts, dates. etc.? The Help Center indicates it is possible to do so but Dulce in the chat room confirmed this is not possible - bizarre?

I have exported a filtered list of transactions successfully from the reports and transaction lists. Just set up the filters, select all the transactions, and export.

Thanks Ursula.
Following your suggestion, when I click on the export icon, nothing happens. However, the icon does work if I do not use a filter from the transactions list.
What seems to be the issue?

I defer to the coaches on the issue. I just exported a filtered transaction list to CSV successfully.
