Spending plan graph on iPhone iOS 17.2.1 is incorrect

The Spending Plan graph on iPhone iOS 17.2.1 combines the planned spending and available amounts and displays them as one using green. The "other spending" amount is displayed correctly using purple. On the web app, macOS Sonoma 14.2.1, the Spending Plan graph displays correctly with planned spending in blue, available in green and other spending in purple.

Looks like you are experiencing the known issue listed below.

The issue will be resolved with the next release. I see it on my Android phone too. The totals displayed outside the chart for planned spending and available are correct for me.
