    @tluccini, thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue!

    A 102 error indicates that the bank is temporarily throttling or blocking connection traffic. For this particular error, we do want to allow at least 48 hours for it to self-resolve, and it looks like it just started for you yesterday, so please allow a little more time and try again. I'd also suggest giving some of the other Desjardins options listed in Quicken Simplifi a try just to see if any of them work:

  • Same for me, If I select "Desjardins Online Solutions Coast" it should work. If I open the link I able to connect to my Desjardins account.

    But with Quicken I have FDP-102 error

    Desjardins works with [removed] and it's free so I will cancel my subscription to quicken.

    It still not working this morning. In a couple a days it's the deadline for my 30 days money back guarantee. So without anything new this week I will switch to [removed] or another app

    Connected my Desjardins app and right after that with Quicken app.

    It's a new step, unfortunately it should be a list, not a text box
