Navy Federal Error FDP-1022

Is there any reason why all of a sudden I am receiving this error? Usually, it will ask me to re-enter the code and ask to text or email me. Now it is not sending the code.
I did perform the reconnection and that sent the code just fine, but when it was done, the same error popped up and asked to obtain the code again. Then again did not send the code.

I'd suggest following these steps to troubleshoot the error you're receiving with Navy FCU in Quicken Simplifi:
- Make all of your Navy FCU accounts manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
