    The NY 529 Advisor Guided College Savings Program (which is different from the NY 529 Direct Plan) account should link to its specific aggregator access page ( https://ny529advisor.org/aggregator ). The NY 529 Advisor Guided program has a different aggregator login than the NY Saves program. Currently, 2FA kicks in each time you log into to Simplifi. Thanks!

    I note that my request above was merged with the NY 529 College Savings Program thread. Please note that I am reporting a different missing financial institution - the NY 529 Advisor Guided Program is a different program from the direct plan. Please add the aggregator access for the NY 529 Advisor Guided Program to Simplifi.

    @eskay311, that was me — sorry for the confusion!

    Have you tried connecting the account in question using the bank option that's outlined in the status of this request to see if it works for you?

    Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @Coach Natalie - Thank you for responding! Yes, I did try the link in the status, but it did not work since it is for a different program. Simplifi is currently accessing my NY 529 Advisor Guided accounts through that program's website, http://www.ny529advisor.com/, which requires 2FA each time I log in. The program's website provides the following link to be used for aggregators, https://ny529advisor.org/aggregator , with a different login from my account. Appreciate Simplifi's help in getting the necessary access. Thanks!

    @eskay311, thanks for confirming!

    I put this back as being its own request, and we'll be sure to post back with any future news if/when it becomes available.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
