Guild Mortgage Connectivity Issues Remain
The last discussion regarding Guild Mortgage was closed and the issue is ongoing. What is the status of restoring connectivity to Guild accounts. Worked fine for years. Very frustrating.

There's this thread that shows no ETA, but they closed the issue. I sent @Coach Natalie a note to reopen so we can track this for resolution. I am also frustrated.

The referenced Alert is still an ongoing issue, as outlined by the "Ongoing" part of the title, as well as the monthly updates stating that the Alert is ongoing. The Alert is not a discussion, which is why it's closed to comments; it's for informational purposes only. Once an update becomes available on the known issue, we'll be sure to update the Alert accordingly, so please be sure to bookmark it.

Thanks for the update, @Coach Natalie. That said, "ongoing" and a "closed discussion" do not help us know where this is in the development or engineering timeline. A mortgage is a large expense category and critical to using Simplifi, at least for me. Is there a more transparent way for Simplifi to let us know where the issue is at? Is there a way to open a personal trouble ticket that is updated on a regular basis? Thank you!

@ehilton, the information outlined in the Alert is all of the info we have. Since the issue is already known and being worked on on our service provider's side, we won't be able to escalate any cases. Instead, once we learn any new info or a resolution becomes available, we'll update the Alert accordingly.
In the meantime, you may consider tracking the account manually, and then connecting it to the bank when the connection is back up:

Is this issue related to Quicken Classic Deluxe? I haven't been able to connect and update my mortgage for a looooong time now.
