could you please update the website for total wireless to be totalbyverizon.com? They changed their name over a year ago and I would like to connect a bill to them. Thank you.

    @Cjo, thanks for posting to the Community!

    When clicking on the URL for Total Wireless from within Quicken Simplifi, I am redirected to https://www.totalbyverizon.com/ , so I don't think the URL is the issue. Instead, it looks like Total Wireless is actually in a degraded status with our Biller service provider, which is why you're seeing the "We're working on linking…" message. They are aware of the issue, but we don't have an ETA to provide on a resolution so I'd suggest just continuing to try every so often for now.
