I have been experiencing an identical issue since yesterday with my C-Plant Federal Credit Union account. I am receiving the error seen below (FDP-185 & FDP-187). Support was contacted and we attempted to place the accounts in manual then re-add the account. The account could be re-added successfully (prompting security question & showing correct balance), however upon linking the accounts I was prompted for the security captcha again, but I would never receive my security question to finalize the sign in. This morning I tried the "reset connection" option, but the same series of issues occurs. This seems to be a Simplifi issue, as I am not experiencing this on any other sites that link to this bank account.

The issue now appears to be resolved. I was finally prompted for my MFA security question and the account has updated successfully.
