Pen Fed Connectivity issue has it been resolved i cant connect

I have contacted customer service and they said to wait 24 hrs, its been various days and cannot connect

To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? Are you getting any error messages/codes when you try to connect? If not, what is happening when you try to connect?

Also, please be aware that there is currently a known issue with people getting a FDP-102 error when trying to connect to Pentagon Federal Credit Union.
