CareCredit FDP-102 error (edited)
Receiving the error code FDP-102 when adding a CareCredit (Synchony) account. This has been happening for the last several days. I previously had the account connected, but removed and re-added it hoping that would help, but no luck.

To troubleshoot this issue, I checked the status on our end. I can see you have been getting that error since the 25th of January. Could you please attempt to update your account again to see if the issue is persisting? Also, could you please confirm if this is an account that was previously connected and working or if you are adding it for the first time?

I am having the same issue with CareCredit. I have attempted resetting the connection and authenticating again but still face the FDP-102 error.

Leaving an update that this seems to be resolved now. I am able to reconnect CareCredit and all other Synchrony accounts today.
