Wells Fargo Visa card not updating since 1/21 and shows incorrect balance

My WF Visa stopped updating recently. I have attempted to refresh the connection, but when I did, all of the accounts except the Visa reconnected successfully.

Additionally, the balance is incorrectly showing as zero. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or do you have any suggestions?

    I have not seen this issue with WF, and all of my banking/credit accounts are through them.

    I suspect you will need to upload your Q-Simplifi logs to troubleshoot this further.

    @imdZigman, thanks for posting to the Community!

    I'd suggest following these steps to completely reconnect the account:

    1. Make the account manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. Carefully link the account found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
