Randolph-Brooks FCU known issue (edited)
Please, please get the issue with RBFCU bank fixed.[removed] all work with RBFCU’s new credit card system and I’m considering switching but I like Simplifi. It’s been 11.5 months since RBFCU stopped working with Simplifi. I’ve opened several formal complains with RBFCU but with learning the competitor apps [removed] work, it’s not all RBFCU’s problem. Please don’t make me switch.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything further from our end with the Randolph-Brooks FCU known issue, as our service provider is already aware of the issue and they're working to resolve it. As soon as we learn any news or have an update/resolution to share, we will be sure to update the Alert accordingly.
In the meantime, we appreciate your continued patience and apologize for the delay.
