I mistakenly registered for Simplifi How do I cancel my order

I meant to register for Quicken Classic but was directed to Simplifi and now I can't find anywhere on the Simplifi website to cancel my order. Why must it be so hard to cancel.

Per your request, the refund has been processed. The funds should return to the payment method you used when you placed the order. Depending on the financial institution's processing times, you should see the funds return within approximately 3-7 business days.
