Loancare balance only shows 0 (edited)

So I saw that they had this resolved… I can now connect but my balance only shows 0. Thoughts?

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What kind of account are you encountering this issue with? Could the incorrect balance be explained by pending transactions (for instance, the amount owed or payment made has not yet posted)?
