How to setup Recurring Bills & Payments including only business days?

I would like to exclude week-ends for all recurring Bills & Payments, is there an automatic functionality to do so?

    Unfortunately that functionality does not exist at this time.

    I'm curious about why you would want to exclude week-ends? How would excluding weekends be of benefit?
