Still unable to connect to Pen Fed

Hello, I am new to Simplifi and excited to try it. I have all my accounts connect BUT PenFed and I am getting the .100 error. Anyone have thoughts on how to fix this? I do not have any PenFed accounts connected - I am trying for the first time.

I'm not seeing any errors when viewing your most recent connection attempts with Pentagon FCU in Quicken Simplifi. Do you currently have these accounts added in Quicken Simplifi? You can check this under Settings > Accounts. If so, I'd suggest the following:
- Make all of your Pentagon FCU accounts manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
