Hi!

I wanted to suggest an option to "leave a message" or "e-mail" support. I'm having an issue that I wanted to speak to someone about, but I would much rather send a message and reply on my own time than be glued to my phone for however long it takes to chat/talk through an issue.

I realize some issues are better handled live, but for others, an asynchronous option would be much easier.
