How does Simplifi identify a recurring transaction
How does Simplifi identify a recurring transaction - by payee only? Or payee AND amount?
I have a recurring monthly transaction for $5.00 for CVS. Yesterday, a new transaction for $4.60 from CVS was marked as recurring, but it's not. So is it only matching on payee? Not all transactions for a single payee are recurring.

Sadly, I'm not sure what all is involved in Quicken Simplifi determining which transaction to link a Recurring Reminder to. I can say, though, that I don't think the Amount is a factor since recurring bill amounts can sometimes vary, such as utilities.
With that, Quicken Simplifi is designed to learn over time, so I'd suggest some manual intervention to try to teach the program. You can unlink the incorrect transaction from the Recurring Reminder by following the steps here, and that should restore the Reminder for you so it can be linked to the correct transaction.
