Simplifi not adding all accounts from Wells Fargo

I have a Checking acct and a CC account at wells fargo. I go through the process of adding the institution and allowing Quicken access to everything. I check both boxes for giving access to the Checking account and CC account. It seems to work fine but Simplifi only sees the Checking account and doesn't see or add my CC account. I tried deleting institution and trying multiple times. I even tried only giving access to the CC account once. No go. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?

    Hello @JCF,

    To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following:

    1. Are you the primary cardholder?
      1. Many financial institutions allow only the primary account holder to download account information to 3rd party apps.
      2. If it is a shared account, make certain you are logging in with the primary account holder's credentials.
    2. Is the account active?
      1. If there are no transactions on the account in the last 90 days or longer, the financial institution may have marked the account dormant.
