I can't link my Citi account with Quicken without disaling 2FA. I don't want to compromise my security to enable this app, so I'd like to cancel and refund my subscription

When you subscribe through the app store rather than directly through the Quicken Simplifi website, you need to go through Apple or Google to cancel and request your refund. Please use this article for directions on how to do that:
