Bank of America not authorizing

My Bank of America sign in is correct, but it won’t authorize me to connect to Simplifi. I called BoA support and they say it’s not on their side. I get the error code access_denied every time I try. Please help?

    @Mishology, thanks for reaching out!

    Since Bank of America is one of our OAuth API banks, I'd suggest attempting to add the accounts from a different browser or in incognito/private mode to see if you can get authorized. It could be that something in your primary browser is blocking their authorization process.
