False Notifications Indicating an account has a 0.00 balance

Received a notice that my checking had a 0.00 balance. After I recovered from my mild heart attack I verified with my bank that my account was okay. Strangely SImplifi correctly lists my balance but the notice is obviously incorrect. The notice reads "Low Bank account balance. Your Chase CHecking account has a balance of $0.00" I'd share a screen shot but this thing keeps erroring when I try to add it as an image or an attachment. That error reads "Invalid Handle provided". It's like this place is falling apart LOL!

    I had the same issue when uploading a screenshot too.

    Support can be reached via the web app or Mobile app via chat. They will be able to help faster.

    We certainly apologize for the momentary panic! Based on what you described, I'd suggest just keeping an eye on things moving forward. This could very well have been a one-off scenario that won't occur again for you, so no need to spend the time troubleshooting it unless it keeps happening.
