Fairway Mortgage not synching or connecting Care Code: to.100 (edited)
My Fairway Mortgage account is no longer synchronizing and I cannot re-connect it. I've verified my credentials and the service is working with Yodlee with no issues.
Receiving the follow error:
We are unable to connect to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: to.100

@StaZac, thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue!
When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I'm seeing an FDP-102 error, which is usually a temporary block or throttle by the bank. These errors usually clear up on their own within a few days, but I see that you've been experiencing the issue for about a week. Since the issue is occurring on an existing accunt, please give these steps a try:
- Make the account(s) manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
