When will Nelnet Connection be resolved?

The nelnet connection has been severed for weeks. is there an update on when this error will be resolved?

As mentioned in the Alert for this known issue, we don't currently have an ETA on a resolution. Once any news becomes available, though, we'll be sure to update the Alert accordingly.
