    Hello @jaiv,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What happens when you try to add his account? Are you getting any error messages/codes when you try to add it? Are you using the primary account holder's login credentials when connecting the account (many financial institutions do not give permissions for authorized users to download into Quicken Simplifi)?
