Error when adding State Bank of Southern Utah account

When I try to add my State Bank of Southern Utah account, I keep getting an error that says "You have already added all your accounts at this bank." I imported all my information from Mint, but when I followed the initial setup prompts to link accounts and tried to link SBSU it asked to send a text verification code but never allowed me to enter it, instead going to the screen attached here.

    Hello @Lance Peterson,

    There are a couple things that can cause it to not see your account(s).

    1. If the account(s) is shared, are you using the primary accountholder's login credentials? Many financial institutions do not allow authorized users to connect to 3rd party apps.
    2. Is the account(s) active? If there are no transactions in an account other than interest payments for 90+ days, it can cause the financial institution to mark the account as dormant.
