Error when adding State Bank of Southern Utah account

When I try to add my State Bank of Southern Utah account, I keep getting an error that says "You have already added all your accounts at this bank." I imported all my information from Mint, but when I followed the initial setup prompts to link accounts and tried to link SBSU it asked to send a text verification code but never allowed me to enter it, instead going to the screen attached here.

Hello @Lance Peterson,
There are a couple things that can cause it to not see your account(s).
- If the account(s) is shared, are you using the primary accountholder's login credentials? Many financial institutions do not allow authorized users to connect to 3rd party apps.
- Is the account(s) active? If there are no transactions in an account other than interest payments for 90+ days, it can cause the financial institution to mark the account as dormant.
