  • I'm a new user and I have 4 WF accounts and coincidentally the WF Active Cash CC is the only account that will not connect with Simplifi. I have disconnected, reset the connection etc and nothing.

    Hello @cguze,

    To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? What is happening when you try to connect that account? Does it not show up in the list to add at all? Does it connect, but then not download any information? Does something else happen?

    There are a lot of different connection options for Wells Fargo. Have you tested to see if an alternative connection option would work?

  • I am also having the same issue. I have tried WF Bank and WF Credit Acounts - both yield the same error.

  • For anyone still having this issue, I was able to solve it by enabling 2-step authentication. Once that was configured in the WF site then everything went through.
