New transfers from one account to another show as positive amounts in both accounts
Not sure if this happens with other accounts, but when I transfer say $400 from my Unitus Credit Union Business account to my personal account in the same bank, the transaction shows up in Simplifi as a positive amount in both accounts. I have to manually change the amount to a negative in the Business account.

At this time, I'd suggest contacting our Support Team directly for more advanced assistance, as they have the ability to engage in a screen-sharing session with you where you can walk them through what's going on. Some important points to mention when contacting Support are whether you are tracking these accounts manually or if they're connected to the bank, and whether you are manually entering the transactions in question.
