QCS-0429-2 error with Arvest Mortgage (edited)

Hello, I am receiving the following response pop up when trying to add Arvest Mortgage. I have verified that login ID and Password are correct when entered straight into the Arvest Mortgage site. Please help. Thank you.

We are unable to update Arvest Central Mortgage Company at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Simplifii support.

    Hello @JACK-UK,

    To troubleshoot that error, please wait 24 hours, without trying to connect/update that account during that timeframe. After 24 hours, try again. If you are still getting the same error, then please contact Quicken Simplifi Support directly for further assistance.

    If the QCS-429-2 error is cleared, but you see a different error message/code, then please provide information on the new error you are seeing so we can further assist with troubleshooting.
