Loancare connects but brings no information

I have been able to connect my Loancae account to Simplifi, but it brings over no information. The mortgage balance does not appear (not even showing 0), but Loancare shows as connected in the background.

If the account is connected to the bank, you should see a balance in Quicken Simplifi — you're saying that the balance does not even show as $0, it's missing entirely, right? Are you using the Quicken Simplifi Web App or the Mobile App? Also, what bank option did you select from the list when adding this account in Quicken Simplifi?
