Don't delete Recurring Transactions when an account is deleted (edited)

Sometimes I decide to stop using a credit card and I'll delete the account from Simplifi. This also deletes every recurring series I've set up if I don't remember to switch them to a different account first.

I think I should get a pop-up for every recurring bill on that account to re-assign before it lets me delete the account. Or we should be able to have a recurring series with no account assigned.

Just because I delete an account does not mean I also want to delete every recurring series assigned to it.

Suggest closing the account rather than deleting…then selecting hide closed accounts.
