    Hello @Michael A.,

To assist with this issue, I checked the connection attempts on our end. On our end, I'm seeing that you're getting a FDP-103 error, which usually indicates that the server is seeing invalid credentials. To troubleshoot, I recommend following these steps:

    • Verify the bank being selected -- There may be several different versions of the same bank in the Add Account bank list, so be sure you're selecting the correct one. If you're not sure, compare the URLs shown for each bank.
    • Verify your login information – Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
    • Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
    • Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
    • Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello Kristina,

Thank you for your message. I assure you my login credentials are working at the following URL: https://www.secureaccountview.com/BFWeb/clients/jhfreedom529/index . The problem is your list does not include the specific John Hancock 529 Education Savings URL which is https://www.jhinvestments.com/investment-accounts . Mint, and now tested on [Removed] are able to connect to this, so it appears it is something you haven't added yet. If I can get this added it would be appreciated and I can continue my service, otherwise I will need to move to other alternatives. Thank you.

    Hello @Michael A.

If the URL is indeed incorrect, we would not be able to be aware of this on our side. We can escalate the issue, however, we would need you to thoroughly follow the steps @Coach Kristina gave you first. I hope this reassures you.

    Thanks,

    Coach Jon

    Hello Jon,

I followed the steps prior to submitting this bug. Unfortunately I cancelled my subscription, I hope you guys work things out. I have been using Mint for many years and currently use quicken payroll products. Unfortunately Simplifi is missing too many key features at this time for me to continue. Thanks and wish you guys best of luck.
