how to create custom goals with account different than savings

hi i would like to create custom goals that are attached to my invesment portfolios , example i use and invesment protfolio that i use an emerngy fund , i dont keep cash account or saving account for this porpuse , so if i want to use my 529 program as a college fund , mint used to have this feature and it was great becaouse it gives the powe to control how much money we have on a speficic goal
