Attempt to add account says "Please choose a way to receive the verification code" but no option

I am trying to connect to Mountain America Credit Union but when after the Username and Password it says the following:
There is no option to select! It simply gives me a spot to type the answer, and the same thing happens on the mobile app. So I can't use my bank account which defeats the purpose of most of the reasons I am using Simplifi.

I figured this out. I'm using an authenticator app as my MFA option. I had to change it to SMS text in order to get it to work. Not ideal.. I'd rather have my Authenticator app do the job.. but.. it is what it is?
