How to Read Transfers in the Spending Plan (edited)

Is it just me, or do the transfers read backwards? In the example in the attached, $583.33 is coming out of my "A - Sinking Fund" account and going to the "Roth IRA" account. If I'm reading it from left to right, it tells me that from my "Roth IRA" account, $583.33 is coming out and going into the "A - Sinking Fund" account instead. Is this by design?

Yes, they show the category which is the opposite account. I might have created an idea post to change that, but i cannot locate it now (*I've been trying to sleep for over an hour and just grabbed the phone and here i am)
