Trouble connecting to FirstBank of PR

This bank services the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. I tried to connect through “First Bank of Puerto Rico”. Can we update the log in link to: https://digitalbanking.1firstbank.com/#/administrationGeneral/login

This brings you directly to the log in area of their website.

I saw someone suggest similar in another post, but they did not follow up after receiving a response.

    Hello @Shoshana_vi,

    To assist with this issue, I checked the connection attempts on our end. It shows you're getting a error code FDP-105, which usually means there's a temporary issue contacting the server. Since the issue usually is a temporary issue, the first troubleshooting step is to wait 48 hours from when the issue started (I can see you first got the error yesterday), then try again.
